SSLF will seek to use and account for such funds in accordance with applicable law, donor terms, applicable restrictions and SSLF's financial policies.

11. Donation Receipts
Where applicable, SSLF may issue donation receipts or other donation-related documents electronically.
A donor may be required to provide accurate information, including information required for applicable tax and statutory reporting.
SSLF is registered under Section 12A and approved under Section 80G, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such registration and approval.
Eligibility for any tax benefit will depend on applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances.
A donation receipt or certificate should not automatically be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular tax benefit.
12. Donation Payment Processing
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
The payment provider may independently process payment-related information under its own terms, privacy policy and security procedures.
SSLF does not intend to collect or store full card numbers, card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or similar confidential payment authentication credentials through its own website database.
A donor should verify that the payment page or payment facility being used is an official SSLF-linked payment facility before completing a transaction.
13. Refund or Cancellation of Donations
Donation transactions may be subject to SSLF's separate Donation Refund/Cancellation Policy, where applicable.
If a donor believes that:
- an amount was deducted incorrectly;
- a transaction was duplicated;
- a payment failed but the amount was debited; or
- there is another payment-related issue,
the donor should contact SSLF at:

14. Volunteer Applications
Submitting a volunteer registration form does not guarantee acceptance as a volunteer.

This does not mean that the SSLF website currently uses advertising pixels or tracking tags.
The website's current technical implementation does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.
